. Butter softened - 150 g
. Icing sugar - 240 g
. Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
1. Beat butter with an electric beater until well combined.
2. Add the powdered sugar and beat again.
3. add vanilla essence and beat some more.
3. For chocolate icing substitute vanilla essence with cocoa powder.
4. For different colour add few drops of the colour.
5. Put into a piping bag and squeeze over the cake.
