. Bread slice - 4-5
. Egg - 3
. Sugar - 3 tbsp
. Oil for greasing
. Milk 2 tbsp
1. Beat eggs, milk and sugar with a fork.
2. Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a non stick pan.
3. Dip each bread slice into the egg mixture and place them on the pan.
4. Toast them in low flame.
5. When one side is cooked turn it over and toast the other side.
6. Remove from pan. Cut it into triangles and sprinkle some sugar over breads.
7. A quick snack is ready to serve.
