. Beetroot - 1 k
. Sugar - 1 k
. Water- 2 litre
. Lemon - 10
1. Make sugar syrup with 1 k sugar and 1 litre water. Keep aside and cool.
2. Grate the beetroots. Keep aside.
3. Take juice of 10 lemons.
4. Pressure cook the beetroots with lemon juice and 1 litre water. Cool to room temperature.
5. After completely cool stain this.
6. Mix together both sugar syrup and beetroot water.
7. Add tonovin essence. Mix well.
8. Pour this squash to bottle and store refrigerated.
9. To serve fill 1/3 of glass with squash and filled with water. Mix well.
