 Ingredients :

. Koonthal - 1/2 k
. Onion - 2
. Green chilly - 1-2
. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
. Kashmiri chilly powder - 2 spoon
. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
. Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
. Puttu powder
. Curry leaves
. Coriander leaves
. Oil
. Salt

Method :

1. Clean and wash squid then chop into very small pieces.

2. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion n cook until it turns  brown colour.

3. Add chopped green chilly, ginger garlic paste and curry leaves. Saute well.

4. Reduce flame to low n add chilly powder, turmeric powder and garam masala. Saute for couple of minutes until the raw smell appears.

5. Add chopped squid and salt, mix well. Add little water n cover with a lid.

6. Cook on medium flame until squid is tender and all water dries up.

7. Take puttu maker. First put some shredded coconut, then add 3 tbsp squid masala, then add 8 tbsp puttu powder. Repeat the process

8. Steam until it done. Serve hot.
