This is an another version of  thurki pathiri with many layers. Here i used simple chicken filling.. U can use any type of filling  like vegetable filling, egg filling or sweet coconut filling. Thats also nice.

Ingredients :

. Whole wheat flour / atta  - 1 cup
. Salt
. Water
. Oil
. Chicken filling recipe : filling

Method : 

1. Mix atta and salt. Make this into a smooth dough with enough water.

2. Take 5 small lemon sized balls and roll out into small discs.

3. Fry this 5 puri in oil and keep aside.

4. Take one big ball from dough and roll  out into a big circle. It should be a big one to cover the whole puris.

5.  Place the big circle in a working surface and spread some filling on centre.

6. Then place one puri over the filling.

7. Again spread some filling and place one puri.

8.  Repeat this process with the rest puris.

9. Fold the big pathiri upward and cover .

10. Fry in oil over low flame.

11. Cut into pieces and serve with tomato ketchup.
