BUTTERFLY CAKE

               

Ingredients :

. Cake - 1 [round shape]
. Butter cream icing [ recipe below ]
. Candy for decorating

Butter cream icing :




. Butter - 150 g
. Icing sugar or powdered sugar - 270 g
. Vanilla essense - 1/2tsp
. Food colour - yellow, green, pink

1. Beat together butter and sugar with a mixer until well combined, smooth and creamy.

2. Add vanilla essence and beat some more.

3. For different colour just add few drops of the colour.

Method :

1. Wrap the cake  in plastic wrap and place in freezer for 30 minutes before cutting or icing.

2. Sorry friends i forget to take  step by step pictures.So i post diagrams.




3. First cut the cake into half. Then arrange the cake pieces on curved sides together. Then seperate the pieces to form wings.

4. Then apply the icing all over the cake. 

5. With piping bag apply designs over cake. And decorate with candy...
