. Milk - 1/2 litre
. Flour - 2 tbsp
. Cinnamon - 1 stick
. Onion - 1/2
. Ghee - 2 tbsp
. Sugar to taste
. Salt - a pinch
1. In a bowl mix flour and milk n keep aside.
2. Heat ghee in a pan. Add onion and cinnamon. Fry for few seconds.
3. Pour milk flour mixture. Bring to boil.
4. When it is slightly thick turn flame low and remove cinnamon and onion.
5. Add unnakai. Just swirl around the pan.
6. Turn off the gas.
7. Serve hot or cold.
