Ingredients :
. Bread slice -3
. Egg -3
. Cornflour - 1/2 tbsp
. Milk 1/2 cup
. Sugar to taste
Method :
1. Beat the eggs and sugar with a spoon or a fork. Add milk and cornflour. Mix well.
2. Add crushed bread. Mix well.
3. Take idli pan add some caramel syrup ( caramel syrup is optional. Use some ghee ) and sliced almonds.
Then pour the mixture.
4. Steam until it done.
