Ingredients :
. Cucumber - 1
. Onion - 1
. Curd - 500 ml
. Green chilli - 3
. Coriander leaves chopped - 2 t sp
Method :
1. Cut cucumber and onion into very small tiny bits.
2. Green chilli cut into round shape.
3. In a large bowl mix cucumber, onion , green chilly, salt and curd.
Mix well.
4. Add chopped coriander leaves.
5. This is a best side dish for biriyani, ghee rice, alloo paratha etc.
